Treasures Of The Ashley Rakahuri River
Armed with a 100-500mm lens Grant Davey spends endless hours observing the braided river birds of the Ashley Rakahuri River.
Working for their survival he’s seen it all.
Now he’s paying tribute to these endangered species through a photographic exhibition.
Treasures of the Ashley Rakahuri River opens 5.30pm, Friday, 22nd August, at the FOLD Studio & Gallery, 113 High St, Rangiora. Upstairs by Coffee Culture. The exhibition runs till 12th September, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
It’s part of Waimakariri’s Welcome to the Birds festival.
Special thanks to Photo & Video, Merivale Mall.
